4. Prompt Behavior (Tone & Style)

- Add pre-written questions that site visitors can click to get instant answers.
- Example: “What are your opening hours?”
This improves user experience and ensures consistency in responses.

You can also adjust lead capture settings, like:
- When to ask for contact info
- What details to collect (name, phone, email)
5. Install the Chatbot on Your Website
Once your chatbot is trained and customized, it’s time to add it to your site.
Embed Code:
- Copy the embed code provided in your dashboard.
- Paste it into the footer section of your website.
- This is usually accessible in your website’s backend.
- If you're unsure how to do this, your web developer can help – or reach out to us. We support most major website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.).
Tip: Adding the code in the footer ensures the chatbot loads on every page of your site.
